After ending his NBA career, Bibby chose to coach. He led high school teams, first at Shadow Mountain High School in 2013. After two seasons as an assistant there, he became head coach for six successful seasons. In 2019, he coached at Hillcrest Prep High School.
During his time with the Kings from 2001 to 2010, Bibby built strong bonds with the game. Drafted by the Vancouver Grizzlies, he helped guide his team to five playoff spots in six seasons. His deep connection to Sacramento now supports his new job and energizes the local basketball community.
